Vitason® Duo tablets consist of 2 layers. One layer contains ingredients with immediate release, while the second layer provides prolonged release. “Fast” layer.Phase 1 – release of components with a sedative effect that have a beneficial effect on sleep (valerian, passionflower, hops). “Prolonged-release” layer.Phase 2 – release of components after 8 hours (taurine, Ginkgo biloba, glycine), which help maintain alertness in the morning and improve performance.
