NEMULEX

NEMULEX prevents chondrocyte apaptosis,
inhibits the synthesis of collagenase and stromelysin,
destroying cartilage in osteoarthritis

MODE OF APPLICATION:
Adults: 1 tablet 2 times a day, after meals.
Maximum single dose: 2 tablets.
Maximum daily dose: 4 tablets.

Composition: 1 tablet contains nimesulide 100 mg.
Pharmacological properties: NEMULEX is well absorbed when administered orally;
food intake does not affect its absorption

ability. NEMULEX is an effective NSAID with anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and

analgesic properties, is a selective inhibitor of prostaglandin synthesis due to
preferential inhibition of the enzyme cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2). NEMULEX reduces destruction
cartilage tissue by suppressing the synthesis of the enzymes collagenase and stromelysin. Side effects: rarely - diarrhea,
nausea, vomiting, hypertension, flatulence, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, gastritis, itching, rash, increased sweating.

Contraindications: hypersensitivity to nimesulide, erosions and ulcers of the
gastrointestinal tract in the acute stage, bronchial asthma,
urticaria, acute rhinitis - associated with the use of aspirin or other NSAIDs, 
serious impairment of liver and kidney function,
pregnancy and lactation, children under 12 years of age.
