Composition Each tablet contains: Calcium (calcium A.A.C.) — 100 mg, 11% Magnesium (magnesium A.A.C.) — 100 mg, 24% Inositol — 100 mg L-carnitine — 75 mg Taurine — 100 mg Glycine — 75 mg Niacinamide — 75 mg, 375% Zinc — 15 mg Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) — 3 mg, 750% Pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate) — 20 mg Vitamin B5 — 3 mg, 750% Choline — 15 mg Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) — 3 mg, 750% Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) — 3 mg, 750% Folic acid — 200 μg Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) — 3 μg Daily requirement has not been established. Pharmacological properties A combination product with a pronounced tonic effect, accelerates carbohydrate and fat metabolism. Taurine improves metabolic processes, promotes oxygen uptake and exchange in the brain, improves oxygen utilization and reduces the need for oxygen in the myocardium, increases the body’s resistance to hypoxia, improves mental performance, memory and concentration, and has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system and skeletal muscles. Valerian, passionflower and hop extracts have sedative properties, reduce excitability, irritability, anxiety and emotional tension, and normalize sleep.
